Forbes Rix is a small Interior Design company run by Natalie Forbes and Louisa Rix. Based in South West London, we have extensive experience in high quality residential projects, throughout London, Surrey and Sussex.
Natalie launched Natalie Forbes Designs in 2002. Having long had a passion for design and architecture, she was able to use her dedication and strong personal style to build it into a successful design business.
Louisa developed her artistic skills during a foundation course at art school. In 2001 she used her flair for fabrics and colour to set up Louisa Rix Designs, which specialised in soft furnishings.
Natalie and Louisa had known each other for many years when they decided to collaborate on a large project. They quickly realised that they made a great team. In 2012, Natalie and Louisa decided to combine their complementary skills and created Forbes Rix Design.
What we offer
We offer a bespoke interior design service where we are happy to take on large or small projects depending on the needs of our clients. All our work has come through reputation and word of mouth. As well as our professional expertise, we offer strong teams of skilled craftsmen – kitchen, curtain and furniture makers who have worked with us for a number of years. We can also suggest architects and structural engineers, depending on the style and requirements of the project, successfully achieving the individual needs of the client’s brief.
We are passionate about creating unique, individual, timeless homes where warmth and functionality are paramount.
We love colour combined with texture and natural materials, creating stylish, eclectic, comfortable homes where treasured possessions still have their place alongside the contemporary.
We like to build strong relationships with our clients and keep them fully involved with the design process. This way we can help them achieve their dreams using our wealth of knowledge, making the whole process run as smoothly as possible.
Our sole aim is to create inspiring interiors for the way we live today.
